I tried this recipe a few months ago, and still dream about it sometimes. Loved being able to have a cuppa' coffee and morning toast with my gluten-loving fiance.

Oven gets hot,
dough goes in,
wait patiently, maybe sing to yourself a bit,
watch the oven window like the season finale of your favourite TV show,
then BAM - you crack open the oven door to unleash a blast of a nutty, sweet aroma, and there sits golden-brown wonder with a light, spongey texture and a super sexy rise.

And me with my new wonder bread drizzled with 100% Canadian maple syrup, with an extra lake of it on the side.
In a nutshell, love this gluten-free, grain-free, refined-sugar-free and low carb recipe, and will absolutely make this again.
